Main Street Hanford invites you to attend our Transform Downtown Hanford Community Meeting on Monday, January 22nd at Noon in the City of Hanford Training Room located at 319 N. Douty Street in Hanford. During this meeting we will be discussing Direct Public Offerings, or DPOs to raise capital for downtown revitalization. We have invited speakers John Katovich, the founder and President of Cutting Edge Counsel and Craig Scharton, CEO of Downtown Fresno Partnership. John Katovich has over 30 years of experience as a securities lawyer and entrepreneur and is an expert in his field. We are very excited to have him give us insight into how we can raise our own capital to save our treasured, historic buildings in downtown Hanford. Craig Scharton was Main Street Hanford’s first Executive Director and has been leading the cause of downtown revitalization for over thirty years. We are honored to have him back in Hanford sharing his knowledge of DPOs and vast experience with downtown revitalization.
Direct Public Offerings or DPOs gives everyone the opportunity to invest in their community. Now, rather than waiting for our historic buildings to be renovated, we as a community can be empowered to raise funds and invest in downtown revitalization. I’m sure you have a lot of questions and so do we. John Katovich and Craig Scharton will be able to answer our questions and help us find out if DPOs can help us save our historic downtown buildings.
If you are able to attend our Transform Downtown Hanford Community Meeting please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 559-582-9457. We can also be reached for any additional questions.
